Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza, an outstanding actress who is a legend on the television. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. She moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing an occupation as an exercise physiotherapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not keep her place in Texas for long and soon made the move in Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of performances as an actor. These included commercials and local film productions. Despite the small parts she was soon able to discover her love for acting. After moving into New York and in 2001 she was offered her first acting gig on the soap opera for daytime viewers All My Children as Rosa Santos. Throughout the early 2000s she had small appearances in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. She was cast in her first big role in the year 2004 on the short comedy The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate to share the screen with some of the most prestigious TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role took place in the year 2006 on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. The character later re-entered the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. The particular character garnered De La Garza numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even multiple ALMA Award noms. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on drama-based television shows. A short moment later De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring part. Her role was Marisol Delko, who is the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen on the dark drama of NBC Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an ethnically-mixed woman of Italian origin and has a younger brother Cory who is 10 years older. The family she was raised in was a religious and conservative family. Milano began her acting career at age seven old. She was accompanied by her babysitter along to an audition. From more than 1,000 candidates her name was picked for the audition as one of four. Milano has appeared in TV commercials, off-Broadway plays and in the American debut of Jane Eyre.
